What you will do

• Design motion graphics, animated digital ads, Lottie animations, and interactive motion projects for leading global brands.
• Collaborate with account teams across different time zones to deliver customer projects.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects with pixel-perfect attention to detail, on-time delivery, and budget awareness.
• Support creative leads in achieving customer goals and adding business value through design.
• Own technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations.
• Explore AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancements.

Requirements

• BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video expertise.
• Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Rive and Lottie animations.
• Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect work on time and within budget.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative technology.
• Knowledge of working with UI design systems.

Nice to have

• 3D and video editing skills.
• Some understanding of HTML5.
