Midweight Motion Designer (Cinema 4D)

Location: London; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Create 2D and 3D motion design and video editing for brand assets, brand films, social content, and campaigns.
• Bring brand identities to life across digital products, campaigns, experiences, and social platforms.
• Develop motion narratives using movement, pacing, editing, sequencing, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and creatives across multiple clients, industries, and visual styles.
• Experiment with movement, transitions, composition, and editing techniques to find strong creative solutions.

Requirements

• Specialist expertise in motion design and a strong understanding of animation principles.
• Strong video editing skills, including an understanding of pacing, rhythm, sequencing, and narrative construction.
• Sharp attention to detail, timing, and craft.
• Ability to work across multiple clients, industries, and visual styles in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• High proficiency in Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Ability to develop compelling motion narratives that extend brand identities beyond static design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an experimental approach to creative techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI workflows for motion.
• Experience with emerging tools such as Cavalry.
