Multi Media Design Intern (AI)

Location: Remote in Peru

Salary: $800 USD per month as an independent contractor

hirify.global is a fintech and retail company developing interest-free installment payment experiences and shopping tools for consumers and merchants.

What you will do

• Assist animators and graphic designers with 2D motion graphics and animated assets for the hirify.global app, YouTube, and Google Paid Ads.
• Support storyboard creation and translate creative briefs into animated sequences.
• Edit short-form and mid-length videos, including rough cuts, pacing, transitions, audio, graphics, captions, and visual enhancements.
• Prepare final video exports optimized for different platforms.
• Assist with drafting and refining scripts into structured narrative outlines aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
• Execute revisions based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency and storytelling standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in motion design or animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of motion design principles and timing.
• Solid video editing fundamentals, including pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Required experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools, with comfort using AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
• Strong written English for scripting and captioning.
• High standards, clear communication, respect for others, willingness to challenge decisions constructively, calculated risk-taking, innovation, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Nice to have

• Basic sound design and audio cleanup skills using Audition or Adobe Podcast Enhance.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Slack and Jira.
