Director of Operations (Web3)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid workplace

hirify.global operates a global Web3 and financial services business, including the Irish regulated entity Push Virtual Assets Ireland Ltd.

What you will do

• Develop and scale the operational strategy, structure, processes, and infrastructure supporting a growing global business and customer base.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, operational risks, controls, and regulatory obligations of Push Virtual Assets Ireland Ltd.
• Improve customer journeys from onboarding through support and issue resolution, while identifying bottlenecks and operational risks.
• Own the Group complaints management framework and complaints adjudication responsibilities for the Irish regulated entity.
• Use tooling, automation, and AI to reduce manual work, improve execution, and enhance customer and internal team experiences.
• Define operational KPIs, manage vendors, oversee resilience and incident processes, and provide reporting to executive leadership and relevant Boards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Operations, Business Operations, or a related function, including senior leadership experience.
• Experience building or scaling operations in a high-growth consumer technology, fintech, or financial services business.
• Experience across regulated and unregulated activities, including operational governance, controls, complaints, and operational risk management.
• Experience delivering customer experiences at scale and designing operating models for significant customer and transaction growth.
• Strong data, KPI, automation, AI, and cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, ICT, and Security.
• Ability to obtain Central Bank of Ireland approval for the PCF-42 Chief Operating Officer function and undertake CF-8 Complaints Adjudication responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Experience as a PCF-42 or in a similar regulated position.
• Experience in crypto or Web3, particularly with consumer-facing products.
