What you will do
- Create and implement digital content for Reserve & Collect, Club , digital marketing, app, and CRM channels.
- Develop ’s global B2C social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Coordinate with global and local divisions to deliver social-trend-led, data-driven content aligned with the brand tone of voice.
- Validate creative briefs and work with creative agencies to deliver brand-compliant assets on schedule.
- Build social campaigns supporting the in-store marketing calendar and lead global influencer campaigns with external partners.
- Own global analytics and social listening platforms and track engagement, reach, traffic, and campaign efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing social media, creating content, and writing copy.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and analytics reporting.
- Experience with video editing and digital asset production.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across international markets.
