Junior Social Content Creator

Location: London, United Kingdom; flexible hybrid working policy. The role includes travel to locations for content shoots and brand activations, including airports and European destinations.

What you will do

• Generate fast, trend-led organic social content ideas for client audiences.
• Film and edit short-form videos independently using CapCut or in-app editors.
• React to social trends and create and publish content within tight timeframes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, presenting ideas clearly and confidently.
• Manage brand assets, follow brand guidelines, and experiment with creative formats.
• Produce high volumes of engaging social content while learning from performance results.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating and editing TikTok, Reels, or other short-form video content.
• Ability to generate reactive, trend-led ideas for Gen Z and wider audiences.
• Confidence filming and presenting on camera with authenticity.
• Experience creating content for personal or brand TikTok or Instagram accounts.
• Strong communication, creative judgment, adaptability, and attention to brand guidelines.
• Willingness to manage multiple shoots and content trips, including travel to European locations.
