Sr. Privacy Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: United States; remote-first

Salary: $111,400–$139,700, $117,900–$147,900, or $131,000–$164,300 USD annually, depending on geographic zone.

What you will do

• Own and scale core components of the privacy and data governance program.
• Manage data subject requests end to end, including intake, fulfillment, tracking, metrics, and process improvements.
• Lead privacy impact assessments for products, features, vendors, and AI use cases.
• Build and maintain data maps, records of processing, privacy policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop privacy training and explain regulatory changes to Legal, Product, Engineering, Information Security, CX, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and implement automation and AI tools to improve privacy operations and report program metrics to Legal leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or technology program management, including 4–5 years in privacy program operations.
• Hands-on experience with DSARs, PIAs/DPIAs, TIAs, ROPAs, vendor privacy reviews, or cookie consent management.
• Working knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, GLBA, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Hands-on daily experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, GC.ai, or Harvey, with specific examples of practical use.
• Experience assessing AI privacy risks, including training data, model inputs and outputs, and vendor AI terms; familiarity with OneTrust, Transcend, or TrustArc.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future; bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a software, fintech, or payments company.
• CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT certification.
• JD degree.
