Onboarding Operations Analyst (Crypto)

What you will do

• Review and process customer applications for hirify.global Business accounts, validating required documentation.
• Support customers with registration, onboarding, account access, 2FA resets, data updates, and product activation.
• Identify onboarding inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Work with technology teams to automate manual processes and accelerate customer activation.
• Coordinate with KYB, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, and Technology teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Track approval rates, processing times, and other onboarding metrics while contributing to operational strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience with ticket service tools such as Jira or Zendesk.
• Experience tracking customer requests through Slack or email and managing customer support meetings.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
