What you will do

• Supervise image retouching production operations, monitor timelines, quality, workload, and productivity metrics.
• Coordinate the implementation and updating of production standards, templates, and workflows.
• Analyze and resolve quality issues, including customer rejects, and support pilot projects and new-client onboarding.
• Manage shift staffing, delegate work, allocate resources, and partner with HR on personnel matters.
• Support technical issue resolution and create documentation, scripts, workflows, and training materials.
• Participate in AI projects, workflow optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in digital studio, photo/video production, post-production, creative production, image editing/retouching, or an equivalent digital content environment.
• Experience as a team lead, supervisor, senior specialist/expert, production coordinator, or in an equivalent coordination role.
• Experience managing or coordinating teams of 5–15+ people, including delegation, progress monitoring, and resource allocation.
• Ability to work in high-volume production environments with tight deadlines while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and proficiency with digital tools, AI, and automation.
