AI Tutor - Video Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote worldwide, subject to legal eligibility, time-zone compatibility, and role-specific needs. US-based candidates cannot be hired in Wyoming or Illinois. Visa sponsorship is not available.

US-based compensation: $40–$75 per hour. International compensation details are provided during recruitment.

What you will do

• Use proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, and inputs for video and multimedia projects.
• Curate high-quality data capturing motion, timing, transitions, and visual effects.
• Support the training and refinement of Grok's ability to interpret and generate video content.
• Apply video editing, motion graphics, VFX, and post-production expertise to evaluate video sequences.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work, such as edited shorts, motion graphics, VFX breakdowns, compositing reels, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in video editing, pacing, color grading, and narrative flow.
• Hands-on proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Nuke, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze and explain why video sequences succeed or fail at a technical level.
• Strong communication, analytical, written, and verbal English skills.
• Personal devices must use Chromebook, macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later.

Nice to have

• Experience with compositing, rotoscoping, or motion tracking.
• Familiarity with AI video generation tools such as Grok Imagine, Runway, Kling, Sora, or Veo.
• Experience with 3D integration, matchmoving, or CG compositing.
• Familiarity with Python, plugins, or post-production automation.
