Practice Consultant Senior (Fintech)

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, United States; may require travel to client sites for approximately 5–10% of the time or as needed.

Salary: $133,460–$224,240 per year.

What you will do

• Define, maintain, enhance, and implement practice offerings aligned with business objectives, strategic roadmaps, client requirements, and market opportunities.
• Advise sales, account management, and clients on suitable practice offerings and strategic technology projects.
• Support presales activities by developing proposals and statements of work, negotiating pricing, planning engagements, and presenting to prospects.
• Collaborate with product management, development, sales, and senior management to develop the assigned practice area.
• Build client relationships, identify process improvements, resolve critical practice issues, and support client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide industry thought leadership, technical and business expertise, and mentorship to services resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience working with Systematics or Profile in a technical or business role.
• Subject-matter expertise in the assigned practice specialty and knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Strong organization, project management, financial planning, analytical, statistical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence decisions, communicate with all levels of management, and provide executive presence.
• Recognized by peers as a subject-matter expert and experience leading or participating in relevant practice initiatives.
