Content Developer (Operations)

Location: 5 days per week in the office at Labs House, 15–19 Bloomsbury Way, London WC1A 2TH, UK

What you will do

• Work with the curriculum team to integrate AI into content workflows.
• Identify workflow improvements and own end-to-end solutions for creating and aligning curriculum content.
• Lead content projects from start to finish and coordinate colleagues to deliver on time.
• Join meetings with schools and trusts to support teachers in curating suitable content.
• Collect teacher feedback and use it to improve curriculum development.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree, ideally in a STEM subject.
• A Level Mathematics or higher.
• Experience using AI.
• Background or interest in education.
• Willingness to learn and develop a thorough understanding of UK mathematics curricula.
• Initiative, ownership, ambition, and openness to feedback.
