Supply Chain Project Engineer

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Additional location information lists Peoria, Illinois. Required travel is up to 30% domestically and internationally. Domestic relocation assistance is available. US work sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze business opportunities and evaluate return on investment.
• Identify, define, and implement integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements.
• Build partnerships with internal functions, suppliers, and other business partners.
• Research industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices to optimize supplier and product supply chains.
• Develop and analyze data to improve performance, inventory utilization, cost efficiency, and business partnerships.

Requirements

• Knowledge of effectiveness measurement and improvement techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and lead collaboration across divisions.
• Knowledge of project management strategies and resource planning.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and operational efficiency practices.
• Knowledge of supplier management and manufacturing supply chain management.
