Senior AI Developer Relations Advocate — Rack Scale

Location: Hybrid role based at an assigned Intel site in Phoenix, Arizona, with additional locations in Santa Clara, California, and Hillsboro, Oregon; United States.

Annual salary: $170,500–$315,490 USD.

What you will do

• Own rack-scale reference applications and Day0 enablement for AI software on data-center platforms, including Crescent Island.
• Build forkable demos, blueprints, and workshop repositories for Kubernetes, multinode serving, and AI-optimized fabrics.
• Deploy and test reference applications from clean clusters in CI to keep them reproducible as libraries, models, and topologies change.
• Translate rack-scale reference designs into runnable artifacts and documentation for enterprise evaluators.
• Lead workshops, hackathons, and livecoding sessions at developer events and customer sites.
• Engage with upstream repositories and turn developer feedback into fixes, documentation, and product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 4 years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, including accelerator scheduling, networking, and multinode workloads.
• Experience with multinode and distributed inference serving using technologies such as vLLM, SGLang, or llmd.
• Working knowledge of AI-optimized fabrics, rack-scale topologies, interconnect behavior, and collective communication.
• Experience publishing reference applications or samples used by other developers, with open-source contributions preferred.
• Previous Developer Relations or Developer Advocacy experience, including workshops or livecoding for developer audiences.

Nice to have

• Strong Python engineering experience with the AI software stack.
• Experience converting reference designs or architectures into reproducible deployment artifacts.
• Ability to translate developer and evaluator feedback into documentation and product improvements.
