AI Workshop Facilitator

Location: Remote, based in Bogota, Colombia; all three workshops take place on November 4, 18, and 25, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Ecuador time (GMT−5), with preparation activities in late October.

What you will do

• Deliver live virtual workshops on practical AI applications for teachers, including teaching-material creation, lesson planning, assessment, and administrative tasks.
• Adapt prepared course content to primary and basic-education teachers’ classroom needs.
• Provide practical AI examples and use cases relevant to teaching.
• Facilitate and grade the final challenge, then provide constructive and actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Program teams on preparation and continuous improvement.
• Stay current on AI tools and trends relevant to education.

Requirements

• Proven experience teaching, training, or facilitating groups.
• Strong command of AI concepts and practical AI tools applicable to teaching.
• Native-level Spanish is required.
• Confidence delivering live virtual instruction to groups.
• Availability for all three workshops on November 4, 18, and 25, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Ecuador time (GMT−5).
• Availability for a context meeting, content review, and dry run in late October.

Nice to have

• Professional background in education or teaching experience in schools.
• Experience training teachers or other non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot in an educational setting.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
