HEDIS Quality and Audit Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support enterprise HEDIS quality oversight, audit readiness, and submission activities.
• Prepare and maintain NCQA HEDIS audit materials, including Roadmaps, Section 5 documentation, CAHPS evidence, and measure-specific evidence.
• Manage audit and submission timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and CMS submission tracking.
• Collaborate with Health Plans on reporting population validation and measure selection.
• Lead and participate in audit meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Perform quality checks, document risks and gaps, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in HEDIS, regulatory, audit, or quality improvement work, preferably in healthcare.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Applicants must be able to work remotely from within the continental United States.
• Ability to apply established standards, regulatory requirements, templates, and documentation practices.
