Senior Project Manager (Clinical Study Management)

Location: Remote from Tbilisi, Georgia; approximately 10% travel required.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day clinical project and programme management activities.
• Develop and execute project plans, defining objectives, scope, requirements, and delivery strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with investigators, clinical sites, and other stakeholders.
• Drive feasibility activities, patient recruitment strategies, study opportunities, and project documentation.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement and effective project leadership.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations for country, regional, and wider stakeholder audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.
• At least 3 years of Clinical Study Management or Project Management experience.
• Extensive project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Mandatory oncology experience.
• Experience working with investigators, clinical sites, feasibility activities, patient recruitment strategies, and potential study opportunities.
• Experience engaging with the Ministry of Health, plus strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
