What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on CNC machines, additive manufacturing equipment, and production support systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Support repairs, adjustments, component replacements, machine installations, equipment moves, leveling, and startup activities.
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and document work through maintenance ticketing and tracking systems.
• Communicate equipment issues and status updates to senior technicians and supervisors.
• Support production uptime, equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of industrial maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, CNC machining, or industrial equipment experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and foundational troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, procedures, safety requirements, and PPE rules in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, basic computer applications, and maintenance tracking systems.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CNC machines or precision manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings or technical documentation.
• Experience with compressed air systems, coolant systems, pumps, industrial piping, forklifts, pallet jacks, or material-handling equipment.
• Interest in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as Limble or similar systems.
