Performance Analyst (Crypto Sportsbook and Casino)

Location: Multiple locations across Europe, including Warsaw, Kyiv, Bucharest, Lisbon, Prague, Valencia, and Tbilisi

What you will do

• Analyze business and product performance across assigned regions.
• Monitor key metrics to identify problems, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct independent analysis, decompose results, and formulate actionable conclusions.
• Present analytical findings and business insights to management and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Track agreed actions, assess their impact, and improve analytical approaches and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, performance analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into business conclusions and recommendations.
• Confident experience with business intelligence tools, ideally Tableau.
• Ability to extract, validate, structure, and analyze data independently.
• Good understanding of business and product metrics and their interdependencies.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly, manage multiple analytical tasks, and take ownership of business outcomes.
