Data Analyst (Gaming)

Location: Remote within CET time ±3h, or onsite in Paris. Listed locations include Barcelona, Berlin, Bucharest, Istanbul, Kiev, Krakow, Lisboa, Paris, Tallinn, Tbilisi, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Own the A/B testing cycle for Paper.io 2, validating feature value, refining parameters, and optimizing monetization.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify player behavior patterns and growth opportunities.
• Translate data insights into recommendations for game design and the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers across the game lifecycle.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for critical product metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytical roles within gaming and product environments.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in either R or Python.
• Experience working with complex, large datasets.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Autonomous, pragmatic, detail-oriented, and comfortable with rapid iteration and ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills, collaborative approach, and genuine interest in games and player behavior.
