What you will do

• Design and lay out wet and dry piping, HVAC, hydronics, exhaust, plumbing, fire suppression, and process chemical and gas systems.
• Develop construction documents for manufacturing tools, tenant improvements, and facility infrastructure upgrades.
• Engineer retrofits of existing building systems to support equipment and tool installation.
• Perform engineering calculations, equipment and component sizing, selection, and specification.
• Prepare utility requirement documents and installation design packages for prototype and next-generation tools.
• Support construction and integration, including RFIs, submittals, and coordination with clients, contractors, and equipment manufacturers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• At least three years of practical mechanical facilities engineering experience.
• Experience with HVAC, hydronics, process piping, exhaust, plumbing, and related mechanical facility systems.
• Engineer in Training certification and active pursuit of a Professional Engineer license.
• Ability to work on site in Corvallis, Oregon, United States.
