R&D Engineer - Python Development (M/F)

What you will do

• Design and develop new services integrated with the LinTO product.
• Analyze requirements and create solutions for clients and users.
• Build reusable, accessible REST APIs and maintain Open API documentation.
• Benchmark and integrate open-source and in-house machine learning models.
• Write technical documentation and collaborate with design, business analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to open-source communities, share development practices, and propose technology improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing Python applications in SaaS, machine learning, or natural language processing environments.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous microservices architectures, including Gunicorn, Celery, Redis, and Nvidia CUDA.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and working with Open API specifications.
• Knowledge of audio signal processing, automatic speech transcription, and text-to-speech synthesis.
• Experience with deep learning model inference using PyTorch and SpeechBrain, plus Linux, Bash, Docker, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent written French and English are required for technical documentation and open-source contributions.
