Digital Product Owner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Assess and implement improvements to digital channels, including internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, and digital TV platforms.
• Own digital-channel onboarding, usage, and migration programs.
• Monitor usage and revenue KPIs and resolve service failures to protect customer experience and the bank’s reputation.
• Ensure digital banking services meet regulatory and quality requirements, including ISO 9001 certification.
• Prepare risk, compliance, and incident reporting to support departmental decision-making.
• Manage and motivate the team, implement approved processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience delivering projects and working with alternative delivery channels in a bank.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialization.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of web channels and mobile technologies.
• Planning, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Written and spoken English required.
