AI Technical Product Manager (QVAC) (100% remote)

What you will do

• Translate the QV.AC vision into AI use cases, feature proposals, product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows.
• Research user workflows and identify meaningful problems that AI can solve.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes using design, coding, and AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with engineering on feasibility and trade-offs across devices and AI models.
• Support prioritization, backlog management, feature delivery, feedback, and release readiness.
• Track AI developments and recommend technologies, models, tools, and interaction patterns worth testing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI software products and technical engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features.
• Working knowledge of inference, harnesses, model capabilities and limitations, context, and evaluation, with interest in local and on-device AI.
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into clear user problems, solutions, and actionable requirements.
• Strong product judgment, prototyping skills, communication, collaboration, product analytics, user research, and iterative software development experience.
• Excellent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with local AI, on-device inference, open-source models, AI assistants, conversational interfaces, or multimodal features.
• Experience with desktop or mobile product development.
• Understanding of peer-to-peer technologies and decentralized applications.
• Experience evaluating AI output quality and designing for uncertainty and errors.
• Experience working in a distributed team.
