Senior Product Strategy Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Conduct market, competitor, and user research and translate insights into product and technical requirements.
• Lead business requirements definition and support strategic regional projects through end-to-end delivery.
• Identify product and user experience improvements based on feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
• Coordinate market expansion and new-service launches with marketing, development, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Develop growth strategies, define product propositions, and support go-to-market planning.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, content governance, and operational activities to inform future iterations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product, operations, strategy, or a related function.
• Required: experience in the crypto or Web3 industry; trading product experience is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with analytics tools; SQL is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English required as the working language.
• Strong cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills, including collaboration with leadership and regulators.
• Experience independently executing growth initiatives and working successfully in a matrix organization.
