hirify.global is a SaaS company building a Creative Intelligence Platform that helps enterprise brands predict, create, and optimize advertising across channels.

What you will do

  • Design and build scalable data pipelines for analytics and AI-driven product features.
  • Develop the next stage of the data lakehouse architecture, balancing performance, flexibility, and cost.
  • Implement data quality, governance, observability, and reliability best practices.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts, the Chief Architect, Engineers, and Product teams to create data-driven features and insights.
  • Evaluate and implement technologies for a modern, scalable, and future-proof data stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Platform Engineer, or Data Lead working with large-scale data processing.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure, or AWS.
  • Experience with data lake and lakehouse technologies, cloud storage, Iceberg tables, or Delta Lake.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and operating production workflows with Prefect, Dagster, or Airflow.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, data modeling, query optimization, and reliable data movement between operational and analytical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and interest in AI/ML-driven data features and advanced analytics.

  • Software engineering experience and a passion for solving complex data platform problems.
  • Experience optimizing performance for large datasets.
