• Build and evolve robust, scalable, and secure products for enterprise customers.
• Help shape the direction of the technology and contribute to product excellence in ad tech.

• Apply AI and agentic workflows to improve how products are built and how teams work.
• Collaborate through pair and mob programming and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience as a software engineer delivering high-quality products.
• Strong ownership, personal drive, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Deep interest in AI and its practical value for more efficient ways of working.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
