Software Engineer With AI Experience

Location: Onsite in Malmö, Sweden; office-first environment. Candidates should live in or around Malmö or be willing to commute.

What you will do

• Build and maintain agentic AI capabilities within internally developed web applications.
• Work across software design, planning, system architecture, and full-stack web application development.
• Discover customer and market needs, run experiments, validate solutions, and deliver automated functionality.
• Contribute to technical decisions and take ownership of larger tasks through completion.
• Collaborate with a product manager, product designer, and software engineers through pair programming and shared team ownership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience developing and managing B2B SaaS web applications in a cloud environment.
• At least 1 year of experience building agentic AI capabilities in web applications.
• Experience with backend and frontend development, DevOps, and system management.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Elm, Elixir, Node, AWS, MongoDB, AWS Bedrock, and related web and AI technologies.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex, including workflow optimization and custom skills.
• Comfortable communicating in English and able to work onsite in or around Malmö, Sweden.
