Jig&Tools Quality Conformance Manager

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; on-site work at the Getafe plant

What you will do

• Perform the Tooling Verification Process for jigs and tools at the Getafe plant, defining inspection methods, types, and sequences.
• Control scheduled maintenance inspections, verify completion before expiry dates, and record results in the available IT system.
• Certify maintenance work, assess deviations, raise discrepancy reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Accept new tooling according to hirify.global standards while maintaining document traceability and tooling records.
• Support internal, external, and airworthiness authority audits, as well as technical tooling issues across the plant.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to AOS deployment and jig-and-tool activities, including storehouse control and design modification validation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality management within the aviation industry, focused on aircraft jigs and tools.
• Proficiency with Laser Tracker technology and 3D measuring machines.
• Extensive experience with initial certification and periodic recertification of aerospace jigs.
• Deep knowledge of Getafe plant assembly and tooling requirements.
• Ability to work on-site at the Getafe plant in Spain.
