Integration & Test Management (Military Derivatives)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible. Frequent travel to test locations is required, including short workshops and extended flight test campaigns, typically around one trip per month.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the simulation and test strategy from concept through certification and qualification.
• Define stakeholder requirements, V-model development processes, and compliance matrices for civil certification and military acceptance.
• Lead the definition, development, commissioning, and execution of test rigs, test benches, and Flight Test Instrumentation.
• Coordinate aircraft test bench integration with manufacturing and manage ground and aircraft test execution before flight campaigns.
• Drive problem-solving and risk mitigation during intensive test campaigns while controlling flight-hour costs and program milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, including design authorities, test centers, hirify.global Commercial, industrial partners, and military end-users.

Requirements

• Aeronautical, industrial engineering, or related technical degree.
• At least five years of experience in systems engineering, verification and validation, aircraft testing, or development programs.
• Strong knowledge of the V-model lifecycle, systems V&V, test bench definition and operation, Flight Test Instrumentation, and financial or milestone planning.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, time management, structured problem-solving, and adaptability.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken, are required.
• Willingness to travel frequently to test locations and support extended flight test campaigns.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple programs, especially commercial and defense platforms.
• Background in hirify.global Commercial programs or mixed commercial and military development.
• Experience working with military customer interfaces.
• French proficiency.
