Video Editor Intern (E-Commerce)

Location: New York, NY (hybrid)

What you will do

• Ingest and tag video footage daily.
• Manage assets, set up projects, and maintain organized archives.
• Create assistant editor-level edits, assemblies, and stringouts from rough cuts through light color adjustments.
• Apply product color and retouching techniques to e-commerce video content.
• Follow color-management best practices within the editing workflow.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field such as Film and Video Production.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Working proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder.
• Experience with an NLE; DaVinci Resolve is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, initiative, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Flame or Nuke.
