Associate, Video & Photography

Location: Remote, but must be based in the NYC area for photo shoots and work on-site in the NYC area for approximately 2–3 days per month.

Salary: $66,000–$80,000 annually for NYC Metro-based employees.

What you will do

• Capture, edit, and produce video and photography for digital, social, and print channels.
• Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment in studio and on location.
• Support pre-production and post-production planning, coordination, and editing.
• Organize video and photo assets, releases, files, timelines, approvals, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with creative and business stakeholders to execute briefs and follow brand guidelines.
• Provide visual content support for storytelling initiatives, executive communications, and senior leadership projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills across video and photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Experience with camera equipment, lighting, audio setup, shooting, editing, and asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in the NYC area and available for on-site photo shoots approximately 2–3 days per month.

Nice to have

• Experience producing content for youth-focused or mission-driven organizations.
• Experience with multi-channel digital content strategies and both video and photography workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and technical ability.
• Experience in agency, in-house, or fast-paced creative environments.
