Qualitative Project Coordinator (Market Research)

What you will do

• Support project managers with invoicing, project agreements, survey setup and testing, client updates, desk research, and general study coordination.
• Contact respondents and panel members by phone, email, and text to confirm interviews and address questions or concerns.
• Manage honoraria files, including internal uploads and weekly domestic or monthly international payment initiation.
• Investigate physician honoraria inquiries by cross-checking payment information against bank accounts.
• Enter phone recruitment screener data and troubleshoot project issues with project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
