Sr. Director Network Administration (Remote - US Base)

What you will do

• Lead network strategy, architecture, operations, and improvement across the Americas region.
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and provide technical direction.
• Design, implement, and standardize enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, SDWAN, and cloud network infrastructure.
• Develop network technology roadmaps, policies, procedures, documentation, and infrastructure standards.
• Maintain network security, availability, reliability, performance, compliance, and change-control processes.
• Partner with global network, server, information security, business, and vendor teams; provide Level 3 support and respond to urgent incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience managing a large, complex enterprise network.
• Experience leading large technical projects and communicating with technical teams and business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, SDWAN, Cisco, Zscaler, Citrix, Palo Alto, and F5 technologies.
• Experience managing Cisco routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, enterprise wireless networks, and large-scale network architecture.
• Must be US-based for the remote role; availability for on-call support and intermittent travel is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Active or expired CCNA or CCNP certification with verifiable network project experience.
• Experience with software-defined networks, cloud environments, and cloud-based telecom technologies.
