Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $150K–$225K per year, plus equity

Builds and deploys AI scientist agents to accelerate scientific research and the development of new medicines.

What you will do

• Own design execution across brand, events, recruiting, marketing, and executive communications.
• Create event collateral, conference experiences, signage, presentations, digital assets, recruiting materials, and marketing content.
• Maintain and evolve a sophisticated, minimal visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Develop scalable templates, systems, and assets for consistent and efficient design production.
• Use AI to accelerate design work while applying strong creative judgment.
• Contribute to product design initiatives as capacity allows.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional design experience with a portfolio covering brand identity, event or exhibit design, marketing collateral, and presentations.
• Expert-level Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Strong creative judgment, a clear point of view, and disciplined editing skills.
• Ability to reduce designs to essential elements and work quickly and independently on ambiguous, time-sensitive requests.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Motion or 3D experience with After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• In-house design experience at a fast-moving startup with end-to-end ownership.
• Curiosity about product design or early product design experience.
• Interest in life sciences and the company mission.
