IT Architect (Enterprise Architecture)

Location: Hybrid work with 2 days per week on-site in Wrocław, Poland

What you will do

• Design enterprise IT systems, application architectures, data architectures, and scalable integration solutions.
• Build architectural solutions based on SOA, REST APIs, and enterprise service bus integrations.
• Prepare architectural concepts, technical solutions, UML models, BPMN 2.0 diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Support IT projects during design and implementation, reviewing and validating proposed technical solutions.
• Maintain the enterprise architecture repository and develop architecture standards and principles.
• Work with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to guide technology decisions and integration strategy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in an equivalent IT Architect role.
• Practical experience in enterprise architecture, application architecture, data architecture, and enterprise IT system design.
• Experience with SOA, REST-based integrations, system integration, and enterprise service buses.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect, UML modeling, BPMN 2.0, TOGAF, and architecture documentation.
• Ability to define architectural standards and principles and work with business and technical stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Higher technical education in IT or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Banking, financial services, or leasing industry experience.
• Experience with international IT projects, enterprise architecture governance, or architecture repository management.
• Experience with complex enterprise integration environments, data management architecture, or IT transformation programmes.
• TOGAF certification.
