Global Communications Senior Strategist

Location: On-site at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, at least four days per week. Up to 5% domestic and international travel may be required.

Expected compensation: $145,676–$178,049, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Support global campaigns, activations, and communications that advance brand reputation and growth.
• Develop and execute content and thought leadership strategies for Communications, Government Affairs, Sponsorships and Events, and business group partners.
• Identify timely story opportunities based on industry trends and company priorities.
• Build media relationships and conduct outreach for enterprise news, initiatives, and activations.
• Produce press releases, messaging documents, News Center stories, and other owned content.
• Manage content publication, reporting, insights, vendor coordination, and communications budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least seven years of experience in public and media relations.
• At least five years of experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a large organization.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

• Master’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or journalism.
• Experience working with global teams and managing increasing levels of responsibility.
• Successful media relationships, story placements, project coordination, and cross-functional execution.
