Principal Transformation Partner

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end discovery engagements across business functions using design thinking, lean/value stream mapping, and customer experience methodologies.
• Identify and size efficiency opportunities across process improvement and technology-enabled solutions.
• Develop value theses, governance-ready proposals, business cases, and recommendations covering options, tradeoffs, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Influence senior leaders and support rollout, change management, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustained performance.
• Establish measurement approaches for realized benefits, business KPIs, and post-launch impact.
• Use GenAI, Agentic AI, Excel, PowerPoint, Figma/Visio, and Jira to accelerate analysis and executive communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in management consulting, transformation, strategy, business operations, or operational excellence.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through execution in ambiguous environments.
• Strong expertise in design thinking, Lean/Six Sigma, customer experience, or product design methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.
• Fluent written and oral English and authorization to work for any U.S. employer are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP/PgMP, change management, design thinking, customer experience, or AI.
• Experience building or leading a transformation office, strategy function, or operational excellence practice.
• Experience scaling transformation initiatives across multiple business units or geographies.
• Executive coaching, leadership development, organizational design, or domain expertise in Sales, Marketing, Product, or Engineering.
• Thought leadership, external speaking, or published work on transformation or organizational change.
