What you will do

• Drive the distribution strategy for advisory and discretionary structured note businesses across EMEA private wealth clients.
• Structure and price complex securitized cross-asset derivatives for Private Wealth Management clients.
• Develop, price, and present strategic and thematic investment ideas with clients and Private Wealth Advisors.
• Lead business development initiatives focused on new distribution strategies and product launches.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Management on business projects.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Portfolio Managers, and Investment Advisors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in structured products, derivatives sales, structuring, or trading.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create client-ready materials and deliver investment pitches.
• Significant client coverage experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate efficient time management, and work under pressure.
