Analyst - Commercial Strategy & Insight

What you will do

• Analyze hirify.global and third-party data sources to generate insights for client decision-making.
• Integrate market research and other relevant data into commercial consulting projects.
• Support customer profiling, segmentation and targeting, product forecasting, and primary market research deliverables.
• Manipulate large datasets and create impactful reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with Commercial Effectiveness colleagues across countries on multi-country projects.
• Deliver accurate, timely work while following information security, confidentiality, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Degree with at least a 2:1 Honours classification, preferably in physical science, bioscience, medicine, mathematics, economics, or business.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
• Fluent spoken and written English at a strong business standard.
• Ability to support multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills for influencing and advising colleagues and clients.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in consulting, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to build credibility and influence internal and external stakeholders.
