IT Systems & Operations Specialist

Location: Malmö, Sweden; hybrid with typically 2–3 office days per week

Salary: 38,000–48,000 SEK depending on experience

Refined is a 70-person, product-led SaaS company founded in Malmö that builds branded, user-friendly sites and tools for Atlassian Confluence and Jira users.

What you will do

• Administer and configure Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, Slack, Iru, and other core SaaS tools.
• Identify and build automations and integrations for ticketing, provisioning, reporting, and other repetitive workflows.
• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, access, and service desk issues while meeting service-level expectations.
• Manage device enrollment, baseline configuration, patching, account provisioning, de-provisioning, asset inventory, licenses, and related costs.
• Evaluate and roll out AI tools safely with attention to security and compliance.
• Support SOC2 and Vanta activities by maintaining evidence, documentation, and controls.

Requirements

• Experience administering SaaS tools, ideally including Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience supporting hardware, software, and access management.
• Experience with an MDM platform such as Iru/Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or a similar tool.
• Ability and willingness to connect systems, read documentation, and use vendor support to build integrations.
• Genuine interest in automation and AI, with strong self-management and ownership of workload.
• Clear communication in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOC2 or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience with automation tools or scripting.
• Background working with distributed or remote teams.
