Senior System Administrator (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid role with on-site work required for responsibility over on-premise infrastructure.

What you will do

• Develop long-term infrastructure roadmaps focused on stability and data security.
• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS and on-premise server environments supporting multiple project teams.
• Monitor system health and performance to maintain high availability for internal and external services.
• Manage databases, storage, compute resources, security controls, and access governance.
• Build backup, disaster recovery, patch management, and software distribution processes.
• Work directly with the CTO and support research, development, and production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or SRE.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Deep Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting skills with Bash and Python.
• Strong networking knowledge and experience managing AWS environments and Docker-based applications.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, plus monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Experience managing large-scale storage such as S3, NAS, or Artifactory, with a security-first and stability-first approach.
