TL;DR
Head of IT (SaaS, AI, Identity and Security): Setting the IT strategy and managing internal systems, infrastructure, employee lifecycle, vendors, and compliance with an accent on endpoint management, identity, AI tool governance, and secure business change. Focus on integrating acquisitions and new offices, optimizing the IT budget and vendor portfolio, building security controls, and developing a management team.
Location: Hybrid position based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden

What you will do
- Set the long-term IT strategy for internal systems and infrastructure, including AI and email.
- Lead IT integration for acquisitions, new offices, and new markets while aligning technology with business productivity, security, and compliance needs.
- Own the IT budget, vendor portfolio, contract negotiations, and tool rationalization.
- Manage the employee lifecycle with HR, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding, device provisioning, and access revocation.
- Lead IT compliance controls and audit evidence in partnership with Security, including zero trust, identity management, and device management.
- Manage endpoint, SSO, access policies, internal tool adoption, and the development of the IT management team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in IT management, preferably in a SaaS-heavy environment.
- Experience managing managers, building effective teams, and supporting hiring, motivation, and professional development during significant growth.
- Strategic and tactical IT leadership skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with security and risk management; knowledge of ISO 27001, SOX, or similar frameworks is beneficial.
- Fluent English required; Swedish is beneficial.

- Experience with Google Workspace and GCP.
- Experience with ISO 27001, SOX, or similar compliance frameworks.
- Swedish language skills.
