IT Technician

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office presence required at least two days per week

Company

Game-publishing organization supporting a creative distributed team of 35 in-house and 25 remote employees.

What you will do

• Administer Google Workspace, including access controls, sharing restrictions, groups, permissions, and organizational structure.
• Manage users, provisioning, permissions, and access tiers across Asana, Confluence, and Slack.
• Administer AI tooling, including token budgets, connectors, skills, and responsible usage considerations.
• Maintain firewalls, network infrastructure, servers, and NAS equipment.
• Set up hardware and meeting rooms while maintaining accurate hardware inventory.
• Provide day-to-day IT support, cybersecurity guidance, and technical training to staff.

Requirements

• Documented experience administering Google Workspace, including access control, sharing policies, and group management.
• Hands-on experience managing users and permissions in Asana, Confluence, and Slack.
• Experience administering AI platforms, including token budgets and connector setup.
• Practical experience with firewalls, network infrastructure, servers, and NAS environments.
• Calm, methodical troubleshooting skills with reliable communication and a service-oriented approach.
• Availability for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week and at least two days per week in the Stockholm office.
