What you will do

• Take ownership of the hardest technical problems across the platform and drive them to resolution.
• Design and evolve distributed systems operating at million-client scale.
• Improve scalability, performance, and reliability across teams and systems.
• Identify weak points before they become incidents and fix root causes through strong debugging.
• Write production-grade code in critical system paths and turn ambiguous situations into shipped solutions.
• Introduce pragmatic AI and agent-assisted workflows while challenging technical decisions and reducing unnecessary complexity.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating production systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and engineering tradeoffs.
• Hands-on ability to write code in critical paths and solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, deliver concrete solutions, and identify root causes quickly.
• Experience influencing technical direction across teams through credibility and clear communication.
• Ownership mindset and practical use of AI and agent-based tools with accountability for outcomes.
