Junior Project Manager (P2P)

Location: Remote from Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do

• Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current.
• Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones in an async-first environment.
• Coordinate dependencies between the engine team, Keet app and UI developers, and QA.
• Write status updates, release notes, meeting summaries, and maintain internal documentation.
• Triage bug reports and user feedback, route issues to engineers, and help identify risks and blockers.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role; internships and open-source involvement count.
• Excellent written English communication with the ability to explain technical progress clearly and concisely.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfort working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly.
• Experience with issue trackers and project tools such as GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, or Linear.
• Ability to work fully remotely in an async-first team from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts, including P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, and replication.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes.
• Exposure to JavaScript or Node.js and experience working alongside a development team.
• Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software.
• Agile/Scrum knowledge, certification, or experience working across multiple time zones.
