Junior Operations Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the implementation of new client projects by coordinating operational activities, documenting requirements, and tracking delivery.
• Maintain client communication throughout project setup and execution, including timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
• Support business development with market research, client materials, background briefs, use cases, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations to meet milestones and resolve blockers.
• Improve internal workflows, documentation standards, reporting tools, and project tracking.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, client delivery, consulting, or a comparable cross-functional coordination role.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Understanding of how commercial, technical, and research functions work together, with the ability to learn new domains quickly.
• Ability to take ownership of existing workstreams and keep projects running smoothly.
• Fluent written and spoken English, including confident communication with senior external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ISO standards or certification processes.
• Experience in fintech, banking, asset management, or consulting.
• Comfort working with structured data and spreadsheets.
• Interest in financial markets, alternative data, or quantitative research.
• Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Notion, Asana, Jira, or Confluence.
