BS Middle Business Analyst (FMCG)

What you will do

• Study, analyze, and describe business processes within ongoing projects.
• Create reports and technical specifications for additional software functionality.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and project specifics.
• Coordinate requirements and solutions with the software development team.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of product functionality for customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience implementing CRM, ERP, SAP, or similar ready-made products for clients.
• Knowledge of software development methodology basics.
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and document business requirements.
• Teamwork, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG companies or with integrators and consulting companies.
• Knowledge of SFA, DMS, BI, or TPM software solutions.
• Understanding of retail distribution and marketing activities.
