AI Operations Team Lead

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines; onsite every day. Mid-shift availability is required.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations for the Photo Editors team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and process adherence.
• Manage, mentor, and support Specialists while fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Track KPIs, produce regular performance reports, and ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Design and implement performance improvement plans for team members who need additional support.
• Improve operational processes and streamline workflows to increase productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior operations leaders, resolving escalated issues and keeping projects on track.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive operations experience, including 2 or more years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing and leading teams and running performance improvement plans.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong spreadsheet skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to work onsite every day and work a mid-shift is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
• Willingness to work with creative professionals.
