Salary: 45,000–60,000 PHP/month (including incentives)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and process adherence.
• Manage and mentor a team of specialists to foster a collaborative environment.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure team targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Design and implement performance improvement plans for team members.
• Develop strategies to streamline workflows and optimize operational procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve inter-departmental communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in running performance improvement plans and driving KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite daily in Metro Manila.
• Must be open to working in a mid-shift schedule.
• Experience in managing creative teams is highly regarded.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
