MEA Bakery Solutions Portfolio & Commercialization Executive (Bakery Ingredients)

Location: Marcq-en-Barœul, France; frequent travel within the MEA region required (20–30%).

What you will do

• Develop and execute the MEA Bakery Solutions portfolio strategy covering ingredients and yeast.
• Analyze markets, competitors, trends, portfolio performance, profitability, and market share to identify opportunities and priorities.
• Define a three-to-five-year roadmap covering innovation pipelines, line extensions, renovations, and cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, milestones, risks, resources, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with global R&D, Baking, Formulation, Technical Application, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and local markets to adapt solutions for MEA.
• Support commercialization through product positioning, sales tools, training, customer engagement, seminars, workshops, and trade shows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, project execution, or commercialization.
• Experience in FMCG, CPG, or the bakery industry; knowledge of bakery ingredients, yeast, and baking applications is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver strategically important projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with commercialization, sales support, marketing operations, sales tools, training needs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, CRM or sales enablement platforms, and basic Canva or Adobe Acrobat skills.
• Fully fluent English and French required; experience with the MEA region and additional MEA languages is advantageous.
